Prakash Kondepudi
President and Chief Executive Officer
Prakash Kondepudi brings 18 years of experience in electronic payment processing,
online payment transactions, online yellow pages and wireless data solutions markets.
Prior to DepotPoint, Mr. Kondepudi was Executive Vice President at Infospace Inc.,
a Bellevue, WA based company. At Infospace, he led the Payment business unit known as
Authorize.Net and the Merchant Business Division overseeing Online Yellow Pages,
Integrated Store Front, Stored Value and Shopping technology businesses. In 2004, Mr.
Kondepudi also led the sale of the Authorize.Net business to LightBridge for an all cash
deal valued at $82M. Prior to Infospace he served as Vice President at Saraide Inc. a
wireless data company overseeing wireless application services and content business
development. Before Saraide, he held engineering, product management and business development
positions at Verifone Inc, a pioneer in transaction automation industry. Mr. Kondepudi
holds a Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in India.
Hatim Tyabji
Hatim Tyabji is executive chairman of Bytemobile and an ambassador-at-large for Benchmark
Capital. Previously, Mr. Tyabji was chairman of Datacard Group, founding chairman and CEO
of Saraide, and chairman and CEO of VeriFone (NYSE). He held several positions at Sperry
Corporation, the last one being president, Information Systems. He is a recipient of the
2001 Point Of Sale (POS) Industry’s Lifetime Achievement award, the 2000 Academy of
Management Distinguished Executive of the Year Award for Excellence in Strategic Leadership,
and the Silicon India Lifetime Achievement award for excellence in business and technology.
Mr. Tyabji holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and an MBA
in international business. He is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program and has
an honorary doctorate from the State University of New York. In 2007, he published Husband,
Wife & Company: An Honest Perspective on Success in Life and Work, a book on the complex
interrelationships between family and career.
In addition to Depotpoint and Bytemobile, Mr. Tyabji currently serves on the boards of
Best Buy (NYSE), Jasper Wireless, Merchant eSolutions, and TAFMO.
Venetia Kontogouris
Venetia Kontogouris joined Trident Capital in 1999 as a Managing Director. Before joining
Trident, Ms. Kontogouris was an executive from 1983 to 1995 of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and related
entities including IMS Health Incorporated and Cognizant Corporation. She was also President of
Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health Incorporated, where she
represented Enterprise Associates in respect of its partnership interest in Information Associates
and Information Associates-II (Trident’s Fund II and Fund III). Prior to that, Ms. Kontogouris was Senior
Vice President, Venture Development, at Cognizant Corporation, where she represented Cognizant in
the Information Partners Capital Fund formed by Dun & Bradstreet and Bain Capital. She has
held executive positions in new product development and marketing at D&B and sales management
positions at AT&T and IBM. She has also launched her own start-up telecommunications company.
Ms. Kontogouris's current directorships include Advantec, DepotPoint, Invention Machine Corporation,

Ms. Kontogouris earned her B.A. from Northeastern University and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago
Graduate School of Business.
Mark Ashida
Mark Ashida joined OVP Venture Partners in 2007 and focuses on investments in infrastructure
and enterprise software.
Prior to joining OVP, Mark served as General Manager of Windows Enterprise Networking at
Microsoft Corp., where he drove all development, testing and product management for Microsoft's
networking infrastructure and authentication servers, representing over $450 million in
enterprise sales. In particular, Mark drove Network Access Protection (NAP), a major new networking
initiative done in partnership with Cisco and over 150 security and networking companies.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Mark was Chief Operating Officer at InterTrust, a public company.
InterTrust provided secure trusted computing for web services and distribution and was the
leading company in digital rights management. The company was sold to Sony and Philips for
$450M in 2002.
Before joining InterTrust, Mark was a General Manager at Intel Corporation, launched two
companies in the digital media space, and served as interim CEO for multiple technology companies.
Early in his career, he was a partner at Deloitte and Touche/Braxton Associates strategy
consulting practice. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Avenda Systems and Serus,
and is a Board Observer to Lucid Commerce, Tzero, Collaborative Software Initiative, CarbonFlow
and Napera Networks.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
